Who am I? My name is Casey Smith, I have a Bachelors of Science degree in Nutrition and Health from Plymouth State University. I am a NASM accredited Health Coach and have undergone Wild Health's Precision Medicine. I have over 8 years of working in the Nutrition and Fitness world and have been helping clients reach their goals for the last 5 years.
